    Shopping area, absolutely perfect and so excellent location, close to the outskirts of the main town, the lakefront and quiet. A good choice of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

    We had an enjoyable stay at highview, with modern design and all the amenities we needed. the heated bathroom floors were a treat during the colder evenings, and the spacious apartment had amazing views of the lake, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. the staff were friendly and responsive, quickly addressing a minor issue we had. overall, our experience was very pleasant, and we appreciated the well-equipped facilities.

    Parking can be tricky 🅿️; be prepared for some challenges.

    The Staff were very accomodating when our arrival time was delayed. The Appartment had a magnificant uninterupted view of the lake. With the extra snow it was still easy to park and exit. The appartments were quite luxurious!! very warm. Kitchen facilities excellent. Very close to town, so walking was not a problem either. Would stay again.

    not really a complaint but a ski locker would have been useful.

    The fine views and the cozy fire heater were major highlights. We did notice the bathroom could use a bit more space for our stuff, but overall, we loved it here.

    The internet connection was terrible and hard to connect to, we booked as there was a spa pool but the spa was unable to be used during our stay due to it breaking down before arrival

    The helpful attitude of the lady at the reception desk - I think her name is Corin.

    Unfortunately, it's too far a walk to town for those of us with age or disabilities and the cab fares add up.

    Fine views and cozy comforts

    The Lake View apartment blew us away with its extraordinary vistas, especially during breakfast on the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen and the friendly staff contributed to making our stay good.

    The incline to the hotel is quite steep. The dryer was slower than expected, requiring more patience than we anticipated.

    This was our third stay at Highview Apartments since 2009. I made a specific request regarding the one bedroom apartment we had booked and the Highview staff were most helpful/agreeable in accommodating my request. We will continue to stay here on our annual visit to Queenstown as the apartments are located conveniently within a 5 minute walk to town (but up a steep hill), yet are in a very quiet residential street with completely unobstructed views across Lake Wakatipu.

    The apartments aren't serviced on a daily basis

    Waking up each morning to watch the TSS Earnslaw steam its way across the pristine waters of Lake Wakatipu was magical. The views from the apartment were amazing and provided the perfect backdrop for my work. The amenities were fantastic, with a fully-equipped kitchen that made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. I also enjoyed the fitness room, especially knowing there was a BBQ right next to it—definitely an excellent way to unwind after a long day of meetings.

    Shower tended to leak slightly.

    Friendly staff

    When booking the studio unit at Highwiew Apartments we were under the impression it included a kitchenette. The unit we received had no kitchenette. It had a fridge, a microwave and an electric kettle. There were no toaster, stove, kitchen sink or a small table with a couple of chairs. Rooms are not cleaned dayly. At $175.00 per night it was severely overpriced.
